Head & Shoulders is the brand, which is American and owned by parent company Procter & Gamble.  Head & Shoulders has been working for the treatment of dandruff since 1950. The category of the product is Hair Care.
Talking about Head & Shoulders and social media, they are present on almost every famous social media such as: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+. They also have their official website. Head & Shoulders are active on each of them except Goggle+.
                                                           
Most used social media website by Head & Shoulders is Twitter, where they post 2-3 tweets every other day. They have 51.8K followers and posted almost 5000 tweets. They use trending hash tags to get in touch with their followers and also to them who aren’t following them.
