Title: Neutrogena Hair Care Analysis

Neutrogena is an American company which provides products like hair care and cosmetics. It was sold to Johnson & Johnson in 1994. The product line I am writing about is Hair Care. Neutrogena is present on Facebook, Twitter and Google plus.

Neutrogena is most active on Twitter and they post once every two days. The post they make include pictures and advertisements which helps them to gain more awareness. They joined Twitter on November 2009 and they have 42,000 followers with 4,036 likes.(twitter,2016)

The purpose of their tweets is basically to engage a conversation between followers and ask for recommendations and their views. They upload photos to visually promote their products and to let people know about their upcoming products.

They make people aware of the charities they support. For example, they are supporting Girls Inc. They uploaded a tweet and a picture to make their followers aware of the activities they are doing.

Overall, they do a good job promoting their brand on social websites by uploading interesting and good content which does no let the audience get bore.
