Tressmmé is a hair and skin care brand, which was established in 1947 (Tressemé 2016). This brand was originally supposed to cater t salons and eventually as it became more popular, it started selling in supermarkets and pharmacies. Tressmmé is currently present on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Their Facebook posts are becoming increasingly popular due to their active use of the 50/50 rule and the engaging posts they create.
As shown from the example, it is evident Tressmmé is
creating posts that engage the audience, makes them aware of the hair care
industry, and it even shows how much Tressmmé cares about it’s consumers. (Tresseme, 2016)

As shown from the example, it is evident Tressmmé is

As shown from the Facebook post to the left, it is clear how Tressmmé is using the 50/50 rule to engage their customers. Tressmmé posts approximately once every two months. Although they do not post a lot, there posts gain a lot of traffic because they are very engaging and they highlight Tressmmé’s major events and promotions. The content they post is usually in regards to a major event, which will occur, or a major promotion, which is why each of their post has many consumers actively commenting and liking and even subscribing to the Facebook page.
Customer feedback is great on Tressmmé’s Facebook page, and
it is clear how much consumers enjoy their posts through there active
interaction and high number of likes and followers. Tressmmé is doing great in
terms of their social media strategy; they are creating a great following and receive
excellent feedback from consumers.
